Order Process

Orders are confirmed based on stock availability or production planning.

Lead time is provided upon order confirmation.
Delivery Terms – FCA (Free Carrier) / Laleli – Istanbul
All deliveries are made under FCA Laleli – Istanbul terms.
Accordingly:

Goods are delivered to the carrier/cargo company designated by the buyer in the Laleli district.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Export customs clearance is handled by the seller (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

International freight, insurance, and import customs procedures are the responsibility of the buyer.

Selection of the carrier is solely the buyer’s responsibility.
Payment Terms

Payment must be completed upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

No shipment will be released without payment.
